A highly advanced R & D lab decides on the selection of media and chemicals based on the type of material and its geometry. Different types and grades of media ranging from ceramic, plastic, steel, glass to corncobs etc, each with varying abrasive strengths are available.

These may be used in combination with highly developed chemical formulations which contribute to the deburring and polishing process, keep parts and media clean, prevent media impingement and assist in achieving the desired finish.
