Hydraulic Fibre Press

Introduction

The hydraulic press is ideal for preparing cakes of very high density. This press uses 25 to 150 ton force to achieve densities not possible with manual pressing or stamping machines. The pressed cakes can pass liquor just sufficient for dyeing / bleaching.

Working Principle

The loose fibre is fed uniformly from a pneumatic conveying system into cake forming baskets rotating on a twin table. Pressing of loaded baskets with the hydraulic cylinder and power pack yields high density cake in a single stroke.
