Introduction

Dalal Engineering is a pioneer in high temperature, high pressure vertical dyeing machines in India. These machines are suitable for dyeing yarn, fiber, tops, tows and zipper tapes. They are available with specially designed carriers to enable dyeing of different types of package forms of materials

Coupled Machines

Identical capacity dyeing plants can be operated in a coupled mode to give a uniform shade to a large batch. Coupled machines can also be operated individually to ensure greater flexibility and economy.

Turbo Pumps

The dyeing machines use axial flow turbo pumps (of German design). These are specially suited for package dyeing application because of their high flow - low head characteristics. These pumps are available in sizes up to 160 kW and have been exported to Germany also.

Salient Features

• Fully automatic operation using latest control systems for process sequences and valve operations
• Air pad systems (using compressed air/inert gas) with liquor flow reversal for reduced lots dyeing
• Short liquor ratio systems with just enough water to avoid turbo pump starvation
