HTHP Beam Dyeing
Introduction
The high temperature high pressure beam dyeing
machines are primarily meant for large width fabrics of polyester and its blends
in batch form. They can also be used for dyeing other forms like cones, cheese,
helanca muff, and loose fibre using suitable material carriers.
Salient Features
- Fully automatic operation using latest control systems for process sequences and
valve operations
- Perforated beams provided with suitable collars and clamps to take either single
width of fabric or two widths of fabric side by side
- Dummy for reducing the liquor ratio when dyeing smaller lots
