Centrifugal Finishing
Introduction
Centrifugal Finishing Machines are specifically
developed for smaller components, and for those that require heavy deburring. These
machines use a special HIGH-G force that significantly reduces process time.
Although the process is faster in comparison to vibratory machines, the nature of
components determines its optimal utilisation. For example, tiny, thin and delicate
parts, can be processed without distortion. And time consuming buffing processes
can also be taken care of.
There are several options available in these machines. Such as straight barrels,
inclined barrels, removable barrels (for small machines), variable speeds, media
parts separators, inching arrangements, rubber/polyurethane linings, conveyors,
etc.
